Whoever answers first

A leak at 11:47pm and a reply in nine seconds

11:47pm. "I have a leak in the kitchen, can you come today?"

Nine seconds later: "Yes. Does tomorrow at ten work? We take a small deposit to hold the slot."

Nine seconds. That's not a person. No plumber is answering at 11:47 in nine seconds. That's Helpix.

Here's the uncomfortable truth I keep running into.

Customers aren't loyal to your work. Not at midnight. At midnight they're loyal to whoever answers first.

You can be the best electrician in the city and lose the job to a worse one who replied while you were asleep.

That's not fair. It's just true.

So we built something that replies in your name, with your prices, in your tone, while you sleep. It asks the questions you'd ask. It books. It hands you the job in the morning with everything already written down.

You still do the work.

You just stop losing it at midnight.
