A company with no screen in it
Why HumanChat happens on a park bench
I've spent 25 years building things on screens.
So my next company has no screen in it. Almost.
HumanChat. You want to learn jazz? You meet someone who plays jazz. On a bench. In a park. With an actual saxophone.
Life advice? Coffee. Across a table. Someone who's lived it.
The app only does one thing: finds the person, checks they're real, books the hour, and then gets out of the way.
People ask me why. The honest answer is that I got tired of watching learning turn into a transaction. Click, watch, forget.
The things that stuck with me in life came from someone sitting next to me.
It's on a waitlist for now. We're picking the first experts by hand. Slowly. On purpose.
Because the product is the person.
The app is just the introduction.
