Three missed calls and a ladder

Why we built Helpix for people whose hands are busy

Three missed calls.

He was up a ladder.

Not one of them left a message. Why would they? The next plumber on Google picked up.

A missed call doesn't look like much. It looks like nothing, actually. Until you do the maths on the job it was.

Three hundred euros. Gone in the time it takes to climb down.

That's the whole reason Helpix exists. Not to sound clever. To do one boring thing: answer the WhatsApp while his hands are busy. Ask what the problem is. Offer a slot. Take a small deposit so the slot is real.

He climbs down to a booked Saturday instead of a voicemail he'll never listen to.

We're onboarding tradespeople a few at a time right now. If you know one who lives on a ladder, send them my way.
