It's always been about solving real problems. Growing up in Latin America, I saw how resourcefulness and resilience could make or break a project. Every venture I've started has been driven by the same goal: finding better ways to do things and making a real impact.

It's a mix of instinct and experience. After building eight companies (and seeing a few fail too), you start to recognise patterns. If an idea solves a real problem, excites me, and has room to scale, I'll dive in. But more than anything, I've learned to trust my gut — it's usually right.

Adapting to uncertainty. Argentina taught me resilience the hard way, and that's been invaluable. Whether it's navigating economic instability or the constant ups and downs of running a business, you have to stay flexible and keep moving forward. It's where the growth happens.

By solving real, everyday problems. With Visionator we're helping businesses get smarter with their tech. With Helpix the focus is on helping local businesses never miss a customer. If a venture doesn't make life easier or create opportunities, I'm not interested in building it.
