I find your Monday

What Visionator actually does when a client asks for AI

A client hired me to "put AI in the company."

His words.

First meeting, I asked what he wanted the AI to do.

Silence.

Then: "I don't know. Everyone has it."

I could have sold him a chatbot. Easy. Nice logo, a demo, an invoice.

Instead I asked to watch how they actually worked. Three hours in, I found it. A spreadsheet. One person updated it, every Monday, by hand. The entire company waited on that spreadsheet to make decisions on Tuesday.

That was the job. Not AI. Monday.

We automated the spreadsheet. Boring. No demo. Nobody clapped.

Six months later he still calls it "the AI."

Fine by me.

That's Visionator in one story. I don't sell you AI.

I find your Monday.
