I’ve talked to so many founders and small business owners, and the story is always the same: customer service is overwhelming. That’s why I started building Helpix. It’s not out in the wild yet, but the goal is clear: make customer service simple and scalable, even for the smallest teams. Helpix will bring all your customer conversations into one platform and use AI to handle most of the heavy lifting. No coding, no steep learning curves—just a tool that feels like a natural extension of your team. It’ll adapt to your needs, learn as it goes, and help you focus on what really matters: growing your business.
