Things you’re probably wondering
How do you manage running multiple companies?
It’s not as glamorous as it sounds. There are days when everything clicks, and others when I feel like I’m just putting out fires. The key? Surrounding myself with people way smarter than me, staying organised (most of the time), and accepting that I can’t do it all. Oh, and yes, coffee and mate helps.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Someone once told me, “You don’t need to have it all figured out to take the next step.” That stuck with me. Starting something new is always messy, but waiting for ‘perfect’ just means you never start.

What do you do when you’re not working?
I try to keep it simple—spending time with family, watching a good spy series, or going for a walk with my dog to clear my head. I also love daydreaming about my next holiday destination (even if I rarely stick to the plan).

Have you ever completely failed at something?
So many times. Honestly, I could write a book about the things I’ve messed up. But every failure has taught me something valuable—usually about what not to do next time. It’s never fun in the moment, but it’s part of the process.
